Meetings Location
The Board of Directors of the Rural Water District #3, Payne County Oklahoma will hold
regularly scheduled monthly meetings on the Second Thursday of each month starting
with the February 2024 meeting, 5:00 pm, at the Stillwater Public Library located at
1107 S Duck St. in room 138 or alternate room per Library’s health emergency policy.
The Public is welcomed to attend.

Annual Meeting
Additional, we meet annually on the Second Tuesday in January of each year, 5:00 pm, at Stillwater Public Library, in room 214, located at the intersection of 12th & Duck St.
